Our Managing Consultant, Robyn Djelassi is an HR leader with over 20 years of professional experience. She puts a new spin on People & Culture work with a no-nonsense approach and a whole lot of heart. Rob understands the link between individual and organisational performance and having served on numerous executive teams and boards, takes a commercial lens to all she does.

With cross-industry experience including banking & finance, gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, management & technology consulting, she is strategically focused, tactically minded with a preference for being hands-on.

Theoni Parthimos (TP)

Principal Consultant

TP is our Principal Consultant and she brings a depth of business and HR expertise with a focus on transformation and change management. She has worked across the spectrum of people & culture including mergers, acquisitions and divestments, building and scaling culture and accelerating growth.

An excellent communicator, TP achieves results across operational and cultural boundaries through her engaging and collaborative style while being pragmatic, commercially focussed and values-led in her approach.

Hayley Standfield is the powerhouse behind the scenes at Impact, keeping everything running smoothly while the rest of us focus on our customers. With a background spanning administration, business operations, talent management, HR, and executive assistance, she’s worked across IT, FMCG, healthcare, and professional services, bringing a wealth of experience and an unmatched ability to keep teams organised and on track. She’s also managed graduate recruitment and HR for businesses, ensuring the right talent comes in and thrives.

A master of organisation, relationship management, and account oversight, Hayley doesn’t just plan her own workload, she plans and streamlines everyone else’s, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Simply put, Impact couldn’t function without her. And when things get tough, her sharp sense of humour keeps us all sane!
